NEEDED DOCUMENTS TO UPLOAD
- Photo Identification for ALL Adults in the home
- Birth Certificates for Children 12 & Under
- Proof of Residency in Escambia or Santa Rosa Counties
- Proof of Income (Employment, SNAP, TANF, SSI, etc…)
- Proof of Expense (Rent/Mortgage, Utilities, Car, Phone, etc…)
ELIGIBILITY
- Children 12 and under (Children must be born by 10/7/22 and still 12 on 12/26/22)
- Seniors 60+
- Resident of Santa Rosa or Escambia County
- Proof of Need
ONCE YOU APPLY
Once your application is COMPLETE (all information submitted and documents uploaded), it will be sent to our office for approval. Once we approve it, you will receive an email with your appointment time to pick up your items in December. Please allow 3 business days before calling to check on your application after you have submitted it.
