Watch out world, these Girl Scouts are going to make serious change in their community! For the second year, Clay County Girl Scouts collected peanut butter and jelly for The Salvation Army’s food pantry. These popular items are often the first to be depleted from the pantry when kids are out of school, making their collection a great way to really help those in need in their community. When the girls made the final delivery of PB&J to the Clay County Corps, The Salvation Army provided fun activities to help the girls learn even more about food insecurity.
